Due to Super Storm Sandy, my airport was closed for a few days and it was uncertain if it would open in time for my flight to the combination land tour and river cruise. But it proved impossible to understand what portions of your contract might apply if the flight was cancelled. Oh, the questions I had: Which applied -- the land tour coverage or the cruise? How much of a delay was needed to meet your requirements? What were my options? Could I cancel the trip entirely? Must I miss several days and pick up the cruise at its next port? Was I to pay for the new connections and later hope for reimbursement? And there was no telephone number to use to contact you to ask.
Fortunately, the airport opened in time to catch our flight, but the experience concerned me enough to make me hesitate to buy Seven Corners insurance in the future. Isn't there some way to write the contract in Plain Language? Wouldn't good customer service require a contact number for your company?

The policy confirmation sent by InsureMyTrip.com at the time of purchase (emailed to you) has all contact information also Seven Corners emails the policy to you within 24hrs or sooner from purchase that also includes contact information.Nov 28,2012
