The best part was, in my most recent and only experience, is that I was able to purchase the CSA Travel Protection Custom Luxe plan at the last minute, less than 24hrs. before my trip.

This plan was reasonable and the service was excellent. I spoke to a person and not a machine when I was in need of changing the itinerary to an extra day. I was not even charged anything for this change. The plan was very comprehensive and served our needs well.
