This plan was reasonable and the service was excellent. I spoke to a person and not a machine when I was in need of changing the itinerary to an extra day. I was not even charged anything for this change. The plan was very comprehensive and served our needs well.

I did not submit a claim, but the overall information provided before the trip was helpful to understand the coverage. I will continue using CSA to insure my future trips. The insurance was reasonable priced and covered my most essential needs.
