WoW! We really thought that we were going to have to use the insurance. As we were boarding the plan we got the "call" saying our son was being transferred to the hospital, from his private nurse. Talk about heart ache, the airline was very helpful once they new the situtation, and we wanted on the tarmack till the Emergency Room Doctor issued the all o.k. Thanks for being a part of my life that we will not do without whenever we travel.

I found myself scrambling to extend coverage when Hurricane Irene caused our flight to be canceled, and I needed to wait abroad for three days for a new flight. The plan should automatically extend if return to US is delayed by a flight cancellation. I won't always have Internet service to extend the coverage.
