We had a death in the family right before we left. We could not get any info on whether we would be covered to leave one day later or not because the person that handled that aspect was not available until the day we were scheduled to leave.

My company just went through a split. Fortunately, my wife and I were able to make our trip as planned, but it was reassuring knowing we had purchased trip insurance just in case. And it was assuring knowing we had so many things covered during the trip. Definitely would recommend and will use this coverage again.
