You never know how good an insurance company is until you have a claim. Since I thankfully didn't have a claim I can't really tell how good they are. I thought the price was fair and was glad to be covered for this once-in-a-lifetime trip.

Fortunately, I did not need the insurance as trip went well. I felt the plan offered reasonable coverage at a moderate cost.
