Didn't have the chance to use them so I can't actually accurately review. Seems to have good coverage for the money. They also were the only one who insured frequent flier miles.

Although I didn't need to file a claim I had total peace of mind with this coverage and even was able to hire a car without further insurance from the rental company. Highly recommend this plan.
