I did not file a claim on this trip. However, it met my initiatives of having health insurance in case of a mishap on this trip. On a previous cruise trip, I encountered a person who died of a heart attack and had to be extracted. Fortunately, he had a trip insurance to cover it. Cost was reasonable for peace of mind.
