The service was easy to access on the web and my questions were answered on the phone completely by a friendly representative. Fortunately I did not have to use the insurance as everything went safely.

The insurance provided was excellent.
Fortunately I did not have to use it, although I had great confidence in the plan while traveling.
Also, we have elderly parents and again the plan gave me reassurance that I would not have had.

We were visiting lots of strange places and we wanted coverage for medical evacuation if desired by us and not subject to carrier approval. The plan gave us what we wanted at reasonable cost with a good carrier. The best thing is that we didn't have to use it.
