Used Amex travel insurance for a 3 wk trip to India. The policy had one of the higher "if your luggage is lost" reimbursements. Read that often luggage goes "astray" in India so wanted to make sure I could replace things. Also had a potential medical problem and called to see if a dr or hospital visit was covered--& they were helpful & friendly. Fortunately I didn't need help, but nice to know it was there.

Margaret would recommend this plan to a friend or relative.
Fortunately we have no claims to make. Our trip to India and Nepal was a huge success and we stayed well throughout the three weeks. But we were comforted knowing we had this policy in case we needed it and your people were wonderful to deal with on the phone and by email. Thank you.
