Since Jim Grace put me in touch with one of his then companies back in 1998 when I first went to China, I have been most satisfied with all the other plans I've used thru your company..and this one was no different. I had selected the Global Alert Preferred Plus plan because of the potential 'imagined' difficulties I might come across while in Indonesia. 'They' never took place, thank goodness, but I did feel that I would be protected ahead of time. It was important to me when first taking it out. I have used different plans over the years when confronted with potential and perceived problems I might face. Your company has been informative to my needs.

We had to cancel and re-schedule our trip. AmEx changed the policy to cover the new trip at no cost -- in fact, we received a refund as the new trip was less expensive. Good service!
