Coverage was easy to understand and easy to purchase. Customer service reps explained the program. Once covered, e-mails from you kept us informed. A variety of plans were offered with clear explanations of the coverage provided. It was easy to choose and purchase the insurance. We did not have to file a claim but it was nice knowing the coverage was there if we needed it.

What a relief to have the assurance that if "worse case scenario" happened we could recover our losses and have emergency medical expenses covered as needed. Thankfully, we only had a small bump along the way (the GPS in our rental car quit working for a short while.)
