We've used CSA several times and have been pleased with it. However, we found the claims process ponderous in the amount of supporting material required (proof of birth dates for the four of us who traveled for a relatively small car claim as one example) and the length of time required. It lacked just three days of being eight weeks from the time I mailed the claim until receipt of the settlement check. Had it been a major amount this would have worked a great hardship. I appreciated the email and phone contact about receiving the claim, but even that required a couple of weeks. If I were to recommend the service, I would also tell a prospective buyer about my experience with the long time required.

I made a claim via e-mail while in Italy for luggage delay of 2 days. Pretty quick response by e-mail and followup after I returned home. Quick and fair settlement of the few charges ($51) that we incurred for essentials while awaiting our luggage.
