Didn't use coverage but the policy met most of the requirements I was looking to be covered. I can't address their customer service since I didn't need to use any provisions in the coverage. I use Insure My Trip everytime I travel outside the US.

Luckily, we didn't have to file a claim for any loss, but I did have the opportunity to talk on the phone to one of the company's representatives. She was extremely polite, friendly, and helpful.

We have done business with this company before, and plan to do more business with them in our future travels.

Not a review, but a thought. In Ireland (as well as in Italy and Jamaica) the usual CDW on car rentals is not available through US credit cards. In Ireland the CDW was included in the price of our package, but a highly recommended "super CDW' was not. I eventually purchased coverage through a British firm for about $50 for 7 days coverage. You might want to talk to some of the companies you work with to see if similar coverage can be added to package for those countries.
As for a review of InsureMyTrip, the fact that we use you for all our trips that involve a prepayment speaks for itself. When I have had to speak to a customer representative, I have found them to be incredibly helpful and knowledgeable.
