I was charged extra money when I needed to change the dates because Grand Circle cancelled my trip and we had to reschedule it (one week later) I didn't think that was fair as it was only a date change. and right after the initial contract.

Expensive but does provide peace of mind. I did not need to use the plan. Prior to leaving for my trip, I printed out all of the coverages pertaining to the plan.
My suggestion: send each plan participant an identification card listing coverages and limits. One card eliminating the need for many pages of print-outs.

This trip went without any problems! However last year my sister had a heart attack while we were all vacationing on a Mediterranean cruise....CSA made my claim process easy and efficient. I will certainly continue to use them.
