We bought this plan primarily to protect for medical and evacuation reasons but had to file a claim due to delays in our return home. They handled the claim and paid within 10 days of filing. I cannot have been happier with the service received with this policy.

Luckily I did not need to file a claim, so my answers are conditional. I would use CSA again based on the ease of signing up and the speedy reply to later questions. I felt secure having coverage as it was an expensive vacation.

I've used InsureMyTrip for many of my international travels and I am always satisfied with the options provided for very reasonable pricing. I have not had to file any claims luckily, so I would not be able to comment in that regard.
