The policy was good with one exception-it should not offer auto protection in Israel. Israel will not accept their policy and requires that you buy the insurance through the rental agency so I got stuck paying for the same coverage twice.

It is better to be young when purchasing travel insurance. I find that as I get older (I am in my early 79s) the premium jumps up. Too bad. I am in great health, and last year rode over 3,000 miles on my bicycle. How many 40 year olds do that?

The tour company which I used also provided insurance, but it was twice as much. I went to InsuredMyTrip and found a reasonable low-cost plan.
