Since there was no occasion to use the plan, it is difficult to judge satisfaction. Coverage is good on paper, but how much hassle is involved in the event of a claim?? I just don't have any basis for "yes" / "no" answers.

I had to cut my trip short by a day to return home for a funeral. I immediately called Tru Travel and they instantly created an account for me and emailed me a claim form. They paid for all additional costs that were incurred. No hassle. It worked! No attempts to weasel out of their obligations that you read about in magazines. They stand behind their product.

Though we did not have to file a claim in order to experience just how good a coverage we had, we are just thankful that we arrived safely home without any problems. Buying this basic coverage was to give us a peace of mind for the unchartered "territories" on foreign soils.
