I just wanted to write and say thank you. My mother was hesitant getting insurance for this flight but after getting 'burnt' last fall on a cancellation fee, she decided to take it out this time. What a blessing it was to have the insurance; it really helped out! Thank you so very much.

Of course the real evaluation would be how they responded if we had and incident, which fortunately we did not. Otherwise as far as we can tell the plan provided coverage that we needed at a reasonable cost.

I thought the value of coverage to cost was great, although we didn't need to use it. Actually before our trip we took advantage of the concierge service which was a nice service.
