I thought I would have to make a claim on the policy so contacted the company for instructions. The response was clear concise and very explanatory as to what I need to do. The representative was knowledgeable and courteous. When one is in a foreign country facing a problem this is exactly how you need to be treated! Fortunately the condition was abated and I did not have to use my insurance coverage, but I felt that I was certainly taken care of if I had to.

The only real way to judge an insurance plan is if you have to use it, and who wants to do that? Due to an airline strike my niece and I missed 2 days of our dream trip to Italy. I filed a claim, which did, understandably, require a fair amount of paperwork. I was very pleased with the fast and positive response, and would not hesitate to buy this insurance again.
