Fortunately we didn't have to use the insurance, but it was comforting to know that in the event of an emergency we would be covered. The insurance was just what we needed at a reasonable price.

We didn't have a specific need for the insurance, which is the best-case scenario :) But I was happy with the coverage limits for the cost and felt glad to have the protection in case we needed it.
