I never needed to use the insurance but was good to know I had it. The salesperson I death with on the phone was knowledgeable and helpful, it was an easy process to get the insurance I needed.

Fortunately all went smooth on my vacation so I did not have to file a claim. They sent e-mails with any updates and a final e-mail with all your documents right before you leave. I felt very comfortable with price and reputation. Will use again!
