Thankfully, we did not need to use the coverage. It was nice to know that everything was covered, should we have needed anything. With a 92 year old mother, we always insure our trips, just in case she should have a health issue.

We were blessed on our trip and had no reason to file a claim. But I would like to commit that the customer service was exceptional when I called with questions about the coverage of the policy. I think they had the best coverage for the money.
