We were blessed on our trip and had no reason to file a claim. But I would like to commit that the customer service was exceptional when I called with questions about the coverage of the policy. I think they had the best coverage for the money.

We had our first claim this year because of Hurricane Sandy. We were delayed in leaving and lost just 1 day of our prepaid trip. I talked to representatives before we left. I must have called a couple times a day just because I was nervous and talking to them about my policy and trip eased my mind. Upon returning I gathered all of my information and filed my claim. It was handled as promptly as could be expected. It took about 6 weeks for the entire process but considering there was a hurricane and I am sure the claims were coming in left and right I am pleased with the outcome.
