Adriana would recommend this plan to a friend or relative.
WE had a terrible experience with no functioning air conditioning in our hotel room while in Jamaica. The night were hot, sticky, restless and pretty much sleepless. It would be nice if the insurance covered issues like this. It was almost unbearable and most certainly not what one would expect especially because of the place we stayed at. Our family of 4 was very disappointed and incredibly uncomfortable. Such a shame.

Although we did not need to use the travel insurance with this recent trip, the coverage that we chose gave us confidence to travel without the worry, if something unforeseen were to happen. We no longer travel out of the U.S on a planned trip without it.

Representatives were friendly and our claim was paid although not quickly. However in fairness, they were probably swamped with claims like our resulting from the Dec 26th blizzard that shut down the NY/NJ airports. I would definitely buy coverage from them again.
