Margaret would recommend this plan to a friend or relative.
The variety of options to tailor my plan to my family's needs was much appreciated. I received a summary of benefits as well as an extensive explanation so that I was comfortable with what I was buying (or not). I will use Trawick again and would recommend it without reservation. The price was very reasonable as I did quite a bit of research and comparison before purchasing my plan from Trawick.

We canceled our trip because my mother passed away 11 days prior to the trip and Allianz sent a full refund. Their communication during the claim review process needs substantial work, however, I would say they promptly paid per the policy terms.

Coverage was reasonable for the price. Documents provided listed all coverage and, more important to me, the phone numbers and hours for contacting the insurance company if anything went wrong.
