I did a lot of comparison shopping before settling on CSA. This was the most comprehensive coverage for the best price. Although our son didn't need to make a claim, we were completely satisfied with the plan, the cost, and the staff backing it up. I called just before he left to make sure everything was a go. The customer service rep was extremely helpful and reassuring. Thank you CSA for a worry free 10 days while our son was half way around the world.

As seniors, we were concerned of possible issues popping up that could be serious and felt that the plan we purchased for our two weeks in Japan gave us a wonderful peace of mind. Even if a health problem should have hospitalized one of us, our plan made getting the patient back home a none concern. We travel a fair amount outside of the country and will always purchase the same plan we have discovered with Travel Gap.

I bought this insurance for my grandfather who went on a trip to Japan. Our primary concern is unexpected medical issue that needs to be seen by doctors, and given his age many possible issues could be "pre-existing condition" but this plan says to cover it up to $2,500 (I think.) I give three stars because of what they say they offer, but I can't give anything higher than that because my grandfather didn't have to visit doctors while on trip. I don't know how good they actually would have been about reimbursing medical and other claims. (It's always the trickiest part with any insurance!)
