I suffered a ruptured Achilles while on vacation in St Lucia Dec 2011. As a result I was forced to cancel the May trip to Cozumel that was planned for myself and my wife. MH Ross was very helpful in filing the claim and timely in the refund. I would buy the protection again.
Though this was a true medical necessity I always purchase the cancel for any reason plan as a precaution against the unexpected in life

Did not need OnCall. We buy insurance every time and hope we never have to use it. Evacuation is the most frightening possibility since such plans do not go into effect unless one is critical.
