We really can not say anything about the insurance, for we had no Issue's going or coming or even there where we went. the rate was more than fair compared to the others that are out there.

I did not have to file a claim thankfully and we had an uneventful (and wonderful) trip. It gave us peace of mind to know we had coverage should something happen to prevent us from taking the trip. We felt the coverage options provided and the price were very good, thank you!

On Call gives us peace of mind knowing that if we need medical evacuation services, they are available 24/7 to assist us with our needs. We purchased the plan for a year. We haven't had to utilize it, but it's available if we need it.
