Trip Evacuation insurance was just what we were looking for during a recent trip to Tulum, Mexico. Price was within our budget. I did the online instant chat to get some questions answered, and it was kind of robotic. Still, I'd buy it again.

Got my check today (3-6-2013) and insurance did exactly as they advertised. We buy this insurance in case we need a medical evacuation and it is priced well for what we need. Will continue to buy this coverage and would recommend to others. LB

We purchased the plan which included the "cancel for any reason" option. Due to an unexpected issue, we had to cancel our cruise. Our refund was handled promptly after filing our claim. We would not hesitate to purchase this travel plan for our future needs.

I have no issues with InsureMytrip...The plan was pretty much what I wanted for coverages...I just think all these types of plans are overpriced..The customer service person was great and gave us many options to choose from. It's just a necessary evil at times..Thanks
