Have used CSA for many trips. Luckily I have never had to file a claim. Contract is always clear and concise. I am mainly interested in getting home should something happen on the trip or at home and that is always covered in the policy I purchase.

Although I didn't end up needing to file a claim (thankfully :) during my trip, Trawick offered several additional options for their policy (adventure sports coverage, etc.) and had higher levels of coverage as compared to other companies, and the cost was extremely reasonable, so I have already booked a policy with them for my next trip!
