I worked in insurance and health care all my life and feel like I'm a knowledgeable purchaser. I reviewed the policy in detail for the coverage that was most important for me. Combined with the price and the items covered, JH was the best value for me. I did not think it had been in the travel insurance business for a long time, but it's history as a major insurer and its rating gave me confidence.

Michael would recommend this plan to a friend or relative.
We didn't have to file a claim, so I can't speak to that aspect. However, it was my first time buying travel insurance, and for a wedding/honeymoon trip it was great to have the peace of mind. The price was great, so I don't feel ripped off NOT having filed a claim. The perfect balance!
