As has been the case in the past, I'm fortunate that I didn't need to test the policy, and I hope to never have to do so. So, it's more difficult to rate CSA then to rate InsureMyTrip.com. But I've been happy with the options provided to me by InsureMyTrip. You make choosing a policy and comparing different policy options easy.
