I appreciated the time the representatives took to explain policies. I felt the policy selected provided the coverage I needed. I cannot comment on service of the insurance company since I did not file a claim, which (of course) is a good thing.

We were lucky not to have to use the ins. however , traveling with the peace of mind and knowing we had insurance to cover our needs , was good.
