Can't very well review something I didn't have to use. We always buy travel insurance for trips costing more than a certain amount, but fortunately have never made a claim. I can only hope the service will be good if I ever do have to file a claim.

No problems this time! We had travel problems once before due to a family illness and Travel Guard promply refunded as specified. Due to past experiences with Trave Guard we will continue using Travel Guard in the future. We just hope we never have to use them again for a refund.
