Had to cancel trip 5 days before departure due to a medical condition. Claims people were very clear on documentation required and time involved and payment in full was provided in a timely manner. Exactly what one would hope for when securing insurance.

After searching and comparing, I found that this was the most complete coverage that I could get for the price. Since I did not have to make a claim, I cannot say how it would have worked out if I did have to actually use the coverage.

I have used you for many trips. My only request is that the definitions provided by the insurance companies were made more clear. For example, the missed connection and trip delay are always confusing with words like all fights canceled - is that for all locations or only destination etc

I unfortunately had to file a claim for the theft of my backpack while traveling in Peru. (Global Alert Preferred) handled my claim in a timely manner and reimbursed me for approximately 90% of my items. I would highly recommend this service to anyone traveling. One of the cheapest rates I have found.
