I had an item stolen while traveling and filed a claim under this insurance. It was settled with no questions and no resistance on the part of Travelex. How nice an ending to a bad portion of my trip.

My only problem was that the InsureMyTrip site was not working properly when I tried to purchase the plan and I was issued 2 policies and billed twice. I was told by Insure that only one had been issued---but I called CSA and they issued a credit.
