This was the first trip for which we purchased travel insurance even though we are frequent travelers. The travel company we used was unusually persistent in their recommendation for insurance (they don't provide it) because of the remoteness of the destination. The coverage was what we wanted, but I was shocked at how expensive it was.

Buying was easy and the policy comparison excellent. The claim process was simple and lacked red tape. Claim review was prompt and efficient, and final payment was fair and fast. What more can you ask from an insurance company? Simply outstanding!!
