Having had to make a claim in the past, I would always suggest one buy trip insurance. You never know when you will need it and if you only use it once, it will probably pay for itself and all the other times you have purchased trip insurance. I know it did for us.

I can say that the website is laid out very clearly with great options, making choices easy. My rave is more for the site, what it offers, and how it offers it. I might not have gotten travel insurance if it was not for this site's ease of use and thorough info.
