When I purchased the plan by telephone 5/27/11 I was assured that if my anticipated return date was extended during the trip I could call your overseas phone # to advise you of the date of the flight home to California. Upon calling 6/28/11 to advise you of details for my return from Poland on 7/15/11 requesting an extension to my present policy I was told bluntly that that extensions weren't possible. No attempt was made to to offer another policy or any suggestions to cover my immediate requirements.
