Kalifa would recommend this plan to a friend or relative.
Fortunately I did not have to use my insurance. However this company was very reasonable for what I needed and provided excellent communication before and after my trip. I would definitely use them again.

A few months after I purchased this plan I was shocked to discover people who filed claims were given a very hard time. Therefore, the insurance made me very nervous. I don't think you should sell plans that give people trouble and I would not purchase this insurance again.
