Fortunately, I did not need to make a claim. I was, however, very satisfied with the items covered in the package and the price. Customer support was also very good about answering questions prior to making the purchase decision. They even saved me some money by clarifying what coverage best met my needs.

Great coverage for the money. this is the second time i used this company, and i will remain to use them on future trips. i went to spain this year and didnt get insurance from them. i got very sick from food born illness and was scared to death because i had no coverage. its really worth the peace of mind.
