My father-in-law died 2 days before our trip.We where able to rebook our flight a day later than planed.The cost was almost twice what our original flight but booked anyway knowing we where insured.when we got back we turned a claim into CSA.They payed our claim promptly!I highly recommend them! I will use them every time we travel.

It is important to our family to have a policy that will fly us where we want to go for medical care once we are stable rather than a Dr. outside of the United States deciding where we will seek medical treatment.

We believe it is extremely important for individuals purchasing these policies to understand the differences between coverages. In our opinion ,most individuals will probably seek the more expensive policy if it is explained to them.

In these hard times I didn't want to invest in this insurance, but it did allow us to travel worry free!! Like all insurance, you do not need it until you have an event and without the coverage your on your own. This was a wise investment and would obtain coverage again when we travel.

I bought this inexpensive plan ($56 for 2 persons) for our cruise trip for peace of mind. I did not have to file any claims, because we had a perfect vacation. However, I remember meeting a American man at hotel in Germany several years ago - he was in a very bad and expensive situation after his wife fell off the moving sidewalk at the airport. She was in traction in the hospital and could not travel on the plane home.
