I almost had to use the plan. I got quite sick in Saigon, and went to the emergency room when I got back to Singapore, because there is no number to call in Vietnam. I'm not filing a claim because the bill was less than my deductible in the end. I called the number listed for Singapore, to reach their office in Sing when needed, and it was not a Singapore number. It didn't even have the right amount of digits for a Sing number. I found an internet cafe while miserably ill to try to look up online which docs I can go to. Basically, very little info was provided at all about the claims process or just getting me well. I don't know if I would use it again.

I feel you need to be more clear on the fact that the plan is supplemental to any other existing insurance. I wasted valuable time submitting the original claim to you only to be told that I had to submit first to my primary health plan. This resulted in me having to pay a large amount of interest on my credit card waiting for payment.
