I wish you guys could have been a little more flexible with me to renew my policy when it was expiring - I was a day late due to circumstances related to my traveling and it ended up being a bit of a hassle to start over (and perhaps more costly too?). That's a good sign though that I wanted to renew- I liked your coverage (though I did not use it) and thought your prices were reasonable.
