I am grateful that the trip insurance that I purchased thru InsureMyTrip.com specifically Global Alert! Preferred to South Africa came through when I really needed it! My husband was diagnosed w/ stage 4 cancer on 1-10-12, I purchased the trip insurance on 1-9-12. After supplying all of the needed info, I was sent a check for the full cost of my flight. The claim was handled very courteously and processed promptly. I will say that their list of required supporting documentation was quite burdensome. Luckily, our tour operator was able to help us comply.

Having a Seven Corners insurance plan was great reassurance that if anything happened we would be OK. During this trip we were on a wildlife safari and spent time in Johannesburg SA. We were safe and had a great time, but I remember thinking about the coverage and feeling supported. I wish I could comment about the claim process but fortunately I have nothing to claim. I did however read reviews from others who did file claims and commented that the process works well. I'm impressed with Seven Corners communication before my trip and (InsureMyTrip) now after asking for feedback.
