The rep at InsureMyTrip did a great job in directing me in my purchase of insurance for my trip to Europe. Fortunately I did not have to use the service. I will call you again for my future trips and also refer you.

Had our European trip cancelled at the last minute due to an air traffic controller strike in Lisbon, Portugal. Although our trans-atlantic carrier immediately provided a full refund, we needed to also cancel our European flight segments - as we were also flying from Portugal to Spain and within Spain - as well as our first night's deposit for our hotel. We contacted a Tru-Travel claims representative who proved to be very professional and courteous; she immediately began processing our claim once we provided payment verification for our flights and hotel.
Within several weeks we received a check in the mail for all our non-refundable payments.

Very pleased with Tru-Travel and their customer service. I would highly recommend them.
