Thankfully I didn't need to use any of the insurance components, but when I purchased the coverage the agent was extremely helpful and thorough in explaining the terms and the coverage and made it easy to do.

This is one of those cases where it's hard to say how good the plan was because it wasn't used. That works for me! I'd much rather have had a great vacation, which we did, than to have used the insurance. It was good to know it was there if we needed it.
