James would recommend this plan to a friend or relative.
My mother became very ill in Spain (acute kidney failure) and had to spend the night in a hospital in Madrid. Her medicare supplement plan only covered 80% of her hospital bill. We filed a claim with CSA for the remainder of the hospital bill (~$1400). We were a little worried since other reviews of CSA Travels claims handling weren't very positive. Those reviews couldn't be more inaccurate. CSA travel processed our claim expeditiously and reimbursed my mother for the remaining hospital expenses. We were very pleased with their service and would highly recommend CSA travel to anyone shopping for travel insurance.

Honestly, I can't offer any type of review, because I never had to use it. There really is no way for me to rate my satisfaction level. Since I'm still in Spain, I'll probably renew for another year.

Jerrold would not recommend this plan to a friend or relative.
Unfortunately we had to cancel the trip due to a life threatening medical event. It took an extraordinary amount of time and correspondence to get the money which was due us as a result. We did finally get it, but they had all the information they needed for a long time before they chose to acknowledge and act on it.
