I thought the plan was a little expensive and only bought it for peace of mind. I fortunately did not have to use the insurance so cannot comment on anything other than the price paid for the insurance.

When I returned from my trip I contacted CSA about filing a claim. On 6/26/12 they emailed me the forms to fill out. When I called to check the status of the claim, I was advised that I had to file with my primary insurance carrier first. It would have been nice to have been told that up front. By the time I got the claim denied by Medicare and my supplemental carrier AND then re-submitted everything to CSA I finally received payment on 10/6/12. I am convinced that ALL insurance companies compensate their employees based on how long they can avoid paying a claim.
