After I bought the plan, I realized that the coverage limits were too low, but all in all, I was very satisfied with the price. I didn't have to file a claim (fortunately), which would have been the real proof of the policy's workability. The representatives I spoke with on the phone were extremely helpful and polite and I was impressed by that.
