My Grandaughter and I went to Africa (Tanzania & Zanzibar) for 17 days. I was secure that any incident would be covered and we would be ok financially and otherwise. When our luggage went astray and I left my purse in the security bin are times that could have been not good. With the Travel Protection I was more relaxed. We got the luggage back in short time and the security guard had my purse. No worries this time but I will always get protection from CSA whenever I travel!!

We were lucky enough during the trip and all went fine. We do not have a need to file a claim. But the feel of some security offered by the plan was comforting.

Although we didn't need to use the plan, I was impressed with the professional way information was provided. Having been in remote areas beyond the parks and seeing the limited medical care available I felt relief knowing we had MedJet.
